We use this 4-5 days a week and love it. It is a little pricey, but heavy duty and well made.

little pricey but worth it. This is not an insert it simply sits on top of two burners but cooks the best pancakes at medium heat and is east to clean. Highly reccomend. it distributes heat very evenly across the cooking surface.

Love that the griddle sits on top of the burners and I don't have to swap out grates. High quality, works extremely well with range.
