    DON'T BUY IT

    If I could give this product no stars I would. My shredder broke after 3 uses. I will never purchase Bella Products again. Customer service is awful too.

    Poor quality product and warranty support

    I've only used this food processor 2 or 3 times. Most recently, the plastic hub on the slicing/grating disc completely disintegrated while grating a block of cheese. The unit is less than 2 years old so I submitted a claim. Bella/Gather rejected claim and responded that "this product will be free from mechanical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years" but "non mechanical parts" only 90 days. I'd consider a completely melted center hub a mechanical defect. Won't be buying anything from Bella in the future. Best Buy should really take another look at whether it's in their best interest to be selling products like this

    BB is the problem

    Ordered this for delivery since not available in store. Arrived with outer packaging destroyed. Inner packaging (product box) was destroyed with cutouts like someone returned it after a rebate. Cutting blades were dinged all to heck. Tape all over product box trying to hold loose parts in. Initiated exchange. Replacement arrived in worse shape with no outer packaging so refused delivery at BB advice. Now informed they will only send one initial replacement and after that you are out of luck. Inferior service on the part of BB. Be aware, if it is marked down, it is likely a defect/return BB is trying to cut its loss on and you are the loser. See pics.

    Pieces were missing. Bought through open box. Very disappointing. I've never had problems with open box before.

    Bad product & BestBuy sent used without box

    I bought this product but the product was bad and the power button was broken. I went to the store to exchange the product and the item came today. Its a horrible experience when I opened it. its used product and there is no box at all. best buy sent me the used product whereas i paid for new product. here is the picture of the product after opening the best buy box. you will be surprised what best buy is doing: Comon best buy, you should treat it nicely. I dint want to spend money for used product. Definitely need to return!
