First of all, if you don’t already know that you NEED a carpet and upholstery cleaner, well YOU DO! After using one you will be shocked to find how much filth you’ve actually been living in. You will be thrilled to learn just how clean and new you can keep your carpet, furniture, and car! I’ve had several Carpet Cleaners over the years and this is by the best ever! I love the two separate nozzle attachments as well as how you can see the water being sucked back up through the window of the machine and one of the nozzles. I’m amazed just how dry I am able to get to so quickly . And I really drench the heck out of whatever I’m cleaning. I’m amazed to see how dirty the water gets after cleaning a small section. I’ve been cleaning an old fabric chair and my husband is impressed with what a difference this machine has made! No one thought this chair was salvageable.

Messy dirty cleaner. Took forever to clean and smells something is butning everytume i turn it in. One side sprayer only. My rug should be white not dirty still. Im contacting customer support or return this before i get respiratory problems and neurological.

This has been great for the office. I had a Hoover before but this thing really gets in the carpet to clean up any stains from the back and forth traffic from the machine shop workers. Our carpets continue to look new !

Definitely recommend!!! So easy to use, easy to clean amazing results!! After meticulously, searching for the perfect Carpet cleaner, I finally made the decision to purchase this one. The first time I used it I was shocked at the result! The difference was amazing and the quality is impressive.

Over the past 30 years I have owned three Bissell carpet cleaners/shampooers and this one is the absolute best one! I had the Big Green Machine which did a famous job cleaning carpets but was difficult to move around and clean after using; the Model No 9200 ProHeat 2X did a great job cleaning carpets, not as well as the Big Green Machine, was easy to use but was a real pain to clean after using---I am a stickler for thoroughly cleaning my tools/equipment after using them; this model 3588 combines excellent cleaning mower, ease of use, and even easier to clean up when finished, plus a one gallon solvent reservoir make it the perfect machine for me. The one "con", if you can consider it a con at all, is the pickup tank has low "fill" level that needs to be emptied often. Not complaining, as this model really sucks up the water/solvent mixture allowing the carpet to dry very fast.

My cat had surgery recently for 3 kidney stones. He was not pleased with the surgery. When I woke up the next morning, I found this poop stripe with him proudly owning it. Fortunately my new Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus Corded Upright Carpet Deep Cleaner cleaned it fast with just a few back and forth sweeps.

All i can say is i love it....it definitely did its job.

I was skeptical about carpet cleaners and had always relied on scheduling a steam clean from the commercial companies. However, I am more than impressed with this unit. I like how this cleaner soaks the carpet while the agitators/brushes do the cleaning, and the vacuum sucks the excess dirty water back in. I cleaned my entire upstairs over a few days (had to move furniture and allows portions of the carpet to dry). I also used the 3-in-1 stair tool (ordered separately) to thoroughly clean the stairs. It was a lot of work, but it did work well; it just requires a lot of sweat! I highly recommend this unit and no longer feel the need to call a commercial company. I don't mind the task of cleaning the carpet. If you need something done in 1 day, then you might need to call a commercial cleaner and let them do all the work. However, this certainly gets the job done and removes the dirt, grime, and most stains. You do have to stop often to fill the basin and empty the container that has the dirty water. It empties easily and you can quickly continue. Cleaning is also simple. I just remove the parts and run water on them and let them dry. I got this on sale and feel good about the price I paid. It was definitely worth it and I now have a tool to use to immediately clean carpet spills, etc.

I was going to use Stanley Steemer, but the franchise near me did not have a great reviews. Then I came across reviews for the Proheat 2X yada yada. It did a fantastic job in my attic where I have wall to wall carpeting. The machine was easy to assemble and use. It left my carpet looking clean and smelling great. The dirty tank was proof of how well it cleaned. I would recommend this device for anyone who wants to clean their carpets themselves.
