Product Overview

Model number : SLP231123
Phoenix: The dual-wing PetHair SLAM. With his software engineered entirely in the U.S. and Canada, Phoenix is equipped with Quantum Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (QSLAM), and pioneers Real-Time Computing (RTC) in robot vacuums. Phoenix respects your privacy: never does he send images anywhere-servers, cloud or otherwise-be it of your room layout or your cleaning habits. Phoenix boots in just 6 seconds-faster than any robot vacuum with LiDar-and identifies rooms at first glance, without wasting your time with an exploration session. Enjoy a detailed and color-coded map, and feel free to practice your drawing skills: use the app to draw any shape of NoSweep Zones or working areas when necessary or when bored, and Phoenix will follow. Phoenix can pair with both a 5 GHz or a 2.4 GHz network. Use Alexa or Google to boss Phoenix around, or schedule a customized cleaning plan to send Phoenix to any area, at the time you choose. Phoenix's quality build is backed by his unmatched 2-year warranty that also covers labor and battery.

Best robot vacuum for the money!

Posted by Scott Frost on Dec 6th 2024

My new Phoenix is doing great. I love how you can segment out rooms within the app and create schedules per room. I can have my kitchen cleaned every Tuesday/Thursday, while my living room is cleaned every Saturday evening. It's great! Also, Phoenix is so quiet! Seriously, I don't know how it gets so much off the ground while being so silent. Happy with my purchase, 9/10 robot!

Really smart, really effective daily cleaner

Posted by Debra Williams on Nov 14th 2024

Very impressed with how far robot vacuum cleaners have come. This mapped the open plan house very well, and editing into areas/rooms was easy. Pro-tip save the map once it's properly mapped (in case you move things around, like at Christmas. You can block out areas (very useful if it 'sees' through a patio door for example). Battery life great. Cleans well (two cats and one dog). Great purchase.

Bob Midnight is the best roommate ever!

Posted by Ryan Owens on Nov 12th 2024

Bob will be your new best friend—and the best part? He never complains when it’s time to do chores! He navigates effortlessly over doormats and kitchen or bathroom rugs, making setup and room mapping a breeze. When my floors look spotless and my socks stay clean, Bob still manages to find hidden dirt and dust, tackling it with quiet efficiency. I absentmindedly leave many obstacles in Bob's path, changing where he is used to going, he adapts quick and even comes back for a double-check to make sure he can't clean that spot. He’s reliable, effective, and a total game-changer for my daily routine. I’m completely smitten—Bob, you’ve got a lifelong fan in me!

    Easy High tech cleaning

Posted by Amber Richardson on Nov 1st 2024

I love the mapping feature AND that I can operate it from my phone. I also like that I can block areas out that it could get stuck. The container that holds the debris is easy to clean (a little tricky the first time trying to figure out how to open it, however). I only gave it a 4 star because it is not as good as my other unit with pet hair and the container that holds the debris has a cubby that doesn't always empty on its own. I would definitely recommend this purchase!

Great customer service but mediocre product

Posted by Tiffany Wells on Oct 24th 2024

Bobsweep-Phoenix is a decent robot vacuum. It is easy to set up and use. Bobsweep has excellent customer service but a mediocre product. The first vacuum I received was defective. I was able to return the vacuum with no problems and was issued a replacement. The replacement works much better but the suction is not has strong as I would like it to be. The vacuum does not pick up all the debris off the carpet/tile. I end up having to pick up a few things by hand that the vacuum misses. Does a good job mapping and seems to cover all areas.

    Life saver

Took so much off our plate! With 4 inside dogs this was THE perfect anniversary gift. I run it every 2 days and all my floors are spotless! We work from home so when we clock out for the day the house is clean. You can even have it running while away from home how awesome is that!

I love my bObsweep Phoenix <3

Posted by Barbara Mcclure on Oct 14th 2024

Apologies in advance for the long review! I just want y’all to have the full picture because these things are expensive, but they are worth the money! And so there’s no confusion, this review is not sponsored. I spent my own money, so I’m obligated to tell the truth, lol. Backstory: I purchased my first Bobsweep in 2020. It was the kind that you could operate manually with a remote. It wasn’t capable of using an app. I liked it, it vacuumed well, but I felt like I had to monitor it and most of the time I followed it around the room maneuvering it like a race car. If I let it go on its own, it just seemed to roam around in the same places and get stuck on things. So I liked it but… eh. I felt like it would take less effort and for me to just vacuum myself. Current product: I bought my mom a Bobsweep Phoenix in December of 2023. She has limited mobility and breathing issues so her space needs to be clean and dust free without the hassle and fall risk associated with vacuuming and the gaming thumbs needed for the first version of Bob with the remote. Functionality: What a big difference from the 2020 version. First, I loved that this version connects to an app so you can send it from room to room. You can separate rooms, label them, and draw no-sweep zones. When you first start it, Bob has to map out the house. Even if it doesn’t recognize a space as a “room,” it’ll still show up on the map and you can send Bob to sweep there by doing spot clean instead of room clean. [For the bedrooms in the back, it took about three times of vacuuming the space before I was able to label it as a room. If you’ll look at the pics, one of the bedrooms still has not registered to be a room, but I use the spot clean feature and cover the whole space and Bob vacuums there with no issue.] Phoenix changes seamlessly from tile/laminate to carpet. It even vacuums on the slant where the carpet and tile meet. This phoenix barely gets stuck on anything. Since I’ve had it, it’s only gotten stuck three times, each was because the suction was so strong it picked up a charger cord or something similar that got wrapped around the main brush, but it was easy to pull off. I also like that it shows how long Bob spends vacuuming each room because if someone mentions they’re coming over and I want to freshen things up, I know how much time I have to send the crumb goblin (Bob) before my guest arrives! In the unfortunate event that someone would be waiting at my house for me, I can send Bob to do his rounds, regardless of where I am, as long as Bob is connected to the WiFi- and indeed he stays on the ready. Customer service: Shout out to Carlo, a rep for Bobsweep. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He even sent a follow up to ask how the new Bob is working. I’m not sure if that’s company policy or if Carlo is just above and beyond, but either way I’m appreciative. Great customer service should be commonplace, but unfortunately, it’s a luxury in 2024. Take away: OMG. We both feel like the house is always clean. Even if there are things out of place, a clean floor still makes the place look tidy. In terms of air quality, the air in our home feels so light and crispy. Normally, pollen season has us walking around looking like balls of mucus, but after running the bob more regularly, it really hasn’t been an issue. Who knew EVERYTHING settled onto the floor? I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t lol. I’m honestly shocked sometimes when I empty the dustbin because no way were we walking around on all that?? The best part is I can send Bob out to do his thing while I lay in the bed with the covers up to my chin and rub my feet together. I usually go to sleep right after I set him to go out because he’s not really loud and returns to the charging dock when he finishes the job. I love not having to monitor his every move, but if you’re into that, you can watch on the map and see Bob move across the floor in real time. If you look close enough, you can see the outline of your funiture/parts of the floor that Bob is unable to get to. It’s quite cool. After seeing how efficient the Phoenix worked at my mom’s place, I felt obligated to reward myself with the Bobsweep Phoenix for my own apartment. Highly recommended! [P.S any spots you see on the kitchen floor are scuffs, not dirt. bOb gets every scrap]

    Definitely recommended! Buy this!

Posted by Alec Keith on Oct 13th 2024

This is the first time that I have owned a Robot Vacuum "BobSweep Phoenix" and we were amazed! It cleaned every corner of our house. After it finish cleaning, we checked the dust chamber and it collected a load of dirt and hair. It is awesome. I would recommend it to my friends.
