Bosch - 300 Series 24" Front Control Smart Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher with 3rd Rack and AquaStop Plus, 46dBA - Stainless Steel

This is the only dishwasher I have liked since we had to leave behind an Electrolux model that was one of the last made in Europe. This replaced a GE Cafe model that never worked well and was requiring increasingly frequent repairs, even though it was only 3 years old. I cannot say anything bad about this dishwasher. It is much quieter than the GE it replaced, even though it has a higher db rating. The racks are sturdier and smoother. It holds a lot, including on the third rack. It cleans really well. It dries well, even plastics. Plastics don’t always get entirely dry, but they get close, and again it’s better than the GE. We were told we had 2 weeks to exchange this for a different model, with the full price credited toward the new model. The only exchange we considered was to the 500 model, which opens the door at the end of the cycle to aid in drying. This one dries so well, though, that we didn’t think the upgrade was worth it.

First time buying a Bosch dishwasher after having 5 (other brand, not Bosch) dishwashers over 27 years that just gave out. Also first time buying a kitchen appliance from Best Buy. Very happy so far. It had great reviews and everyone I spoke with told me to get a Bosch. Very happy so far with it. It is extremely quiet and has a quick 60 minute wash cycle. The only thing I wish it had was a message or light indicating the cycle was done and the dishes were clean. The timer goes to zero and then all lights turn off, so, we have to put notes on the counter when it is clean/dirty. If the lights stayed on indicating it was done until the dishwasher door was opened, this dishwasher would have been perfect. Very happy with the dishwasher so far. It cleans very well and is extremely quiet! There is a top rack for flatware and a basket for flatware on the bottom rack. It has taken a little time to figure out how to load the dishwasher for maximum efficiency. The middle/top rack is adjustable and very easy to adjust to accommodate larger glasses or items on the top. There is no heating element to dry the dishes, it is just air, so, jet dry finish liquid must be added to have the washer. The dishes always come out dry and plastic can be placed on the bottom rack without being warped. I was very surprised how dry the dishes are when the cycle is over. The door closes and opens easily. There seems to be a spring or something assisting the door to close shut when the door is brought up. Really a good dishwasher. Hoping this will last longer than the other ones.

This dishwasher does an excellent job of cleaning and is very quiet. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't do a great job of drying, even with the extra dry option. This is not a deal breaker, nor is the fact that a normal wash cycle takes more than two hours. The top rack for silverware is quite helpful.

I really like this dishwasher (except for the installation service, but I reviewed that elsewhere. In short, he neglected to replace the kickplate below the dishwasher and now I need to find a carpenter to fix that.) The dishwasher is nearly perfect. Likes: - Quiet. I hear a little water swishing when it starts but that's about it. - Layout. I love the top rack for silverware and it fits my dishes well. However, my dishes are thin. If I had thicker plates, it would be a problem. - It really cleans. I only ran it a few times and have left my dishes somewhat soiled before starting. It took off all the dirt. - Compatible with Alexa. It tells me when the cycle is done. Not that I need this feature, but it's nice to have. Dislikes: - Not sure why, but the dirty dishes smell funky when left in the dishwasher waiting for a full load. I don't keep the dishwasher open, and all smells are gone once clean. But the smell when adding dishes is odd. - Drying is substandard. If I use the standard settings it doesn't dry. If I ask for the extra dry, it still has a few drips but much better.

I really like this dishwasher. It is elegant, capacious. Has lots of features and is QUIET. Setting is up the first time took a bit of doing because it has reservoirs for salt (to help with hard water), as well as rinse aid, and I had to learn how to set up or disable these features as needed. It was also a bit of a pain to set it up In the app (to connect to WiFi). I do not like devices that call home but I set it up in a separate wifi network so no snooping . Once it connected though, it worked fine. It immediately downloaded an update and applied it itself. The app is a bit sluggish and not great to look at, but it does the job. My only gripe so far is that after the Auto cycle it leaves behind a lot of moisture. Not in the dishes themselves but on the door and insides. I’m pretty sure this can be remedied by increasing the drying time, which I will try next time. If that works, I will set up a FAVORITE washing profile so it can be a one-button preset from them on. I cannot speak as to reliability as I have only owned it for about 10 days, but given the price and the good reviews, I hope it will last me a long time.

Great for hard water spots, glasses are spotless every time.

Recently purchased this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and performs very well. Dishes, silverware and other items come out sparkling clean. Love the 3rd/top shelf for silverware! Full cycle takes about 2 hours. I recommend this dishwasher!

I purchased this since it was the only Bosch 300 model at the time that delivers and installs, and no other products did. In addition, it was an emergency purchase since my old Whirlpool dishwasher of 20-years finally died and flooded my kitchen. In addition, this model had the AquaStop which would prevent the flooding--and hopefully it does work when the times comes. It's been 2-weeks since it was purchased/installed. The good: it is quiet, cleans and dries very well, but using extra dry otherwise it leaves moisture. The bad: the racks are too close together and have a hard time with some dishes that are thick--needs to have more spacing. Also because the racks are too close, it's hard to put pot covers in between the racks since they are too closed. The wifi keeps disconnecting and I got tired of resetting to reconnect, and finally gave up. Nice wifi feature if it does work!
