Bosch Dishwater Cleans Like a Charm

Posted by Denise Mcmahon on Dec 9th 2024

Super dishwater. Cleans very well and I love the silverware rack at the top. Only problem with is is the racks are too close to each other for the plates. Otherwise, I really am pleased that I bought it.

    High Quality!

Posted by Jason Ryan on Nov 29th 2024

This is a quality product. Well made and does a great job with the dishes, plus extremely quiet. If it wasn't for the lights on the control panel you wouldn't know it was running. A good purchase!

Posted by Brad Sanders on Nov 14th 2024

hugh mistake by best buy, on day of delivery called and said damaged. On day of second delivery again called and said damaged. It turned out it was the same washer that had not been sent back.

    Awesome Dishwasher

While it has taken a month to sort out exactly how to load the dishwasher, it is so quiet and produces such clean dishes, I just love it!

Too small; tines too close together.

Posted by Michael Hancock on Sep 25th 2024

It is smaller than a usual dishwasher. The tines in the bottom are so close together that only thin Corelle plates will fit between them efficiently. The pace between the top third rack and the middle one made for cups is so short that quart jars won't fit and most of my glasses have to go into the too close together bottom rack. Mine also has a rubber flap that has fallen down in the front under the door so it's not as quiet as it was and it doesn't look good with that piece hanging down. The dishes come out dry if there is Finish Jet Dry in it but not if there is not. I've had it about 6 weeks and am unhappy with it and hope to return it.

Great dishwasher. Wrote my backorder experience.

Posted by Carlos Garrison on Sep 4th 2024

I've used the dishwasher for 2 weeks and I love it so far. I mainly wanted to offer insight on my backorder experience because the automated updates were confusing. As an overview, I placed order 10/08/23 when initial estimate was 11/5/23, but it ended up coming 12/21/23. Before ordering, the online estimate said 11/5, but after ordering I saw an additional estimate of 12/21. Then on 11/5 my order stated my item was delayed and hopefully be fufilled in a few days and the 12/21 date disappeared from my order info. It also mentioned if the order takes longer than 30 days it will be automatically canceled. I went in store to see if they had further information, but they didn't. I later did an online chat support, they also didn't have further information but assured me my order would not be canceled (not sure if that was because I asked for it to not be canceled or just a normal fact). Then on 12/21, the second estimated date that had sinced dissappeared from record, I recieved an email that it had arrived. It could be a coincidence, but in my experience I think that second estimate is the real date and hopefully Best Buy software engineers are working on fixing how their backorders display dates.
