The EDGE automatically preheats to set temp and maintains it throughout your grilling session. A wide temperature range gives you lots of options for cooking versatility. Lay a handful of wood chips or pellets on the cooking grate to add smoke flavor while slow-cooking at 200°F. Turn the control knob to a steakhouse-searing 700°F to get impressive grill marks and seal in those juices. When you're finished grilling, simply press the AutoClean button for a timed cleaning and automatic shut-off.
