My parents have this fryer. It fries great, it’s small but big enough to fry a lot of food. Easy to store and holds a good amount of oil.

I bought this for my wife who loves this item. She said it makes deep frying easier and mess-free. Oil no longer splatters and the food is evenly fried. The strainer basket keeps the oil relatively clean so the oil can be used up to three times for small batches, but you don't have to if you prefer.

This item was a gift. I paid extra to receive quicker and actually received it earlier than I was told. It was packaged well. The recipient was excited to receive it. It is as described and a perfect size for someone with a small kitchen.
