I paid a lot of money for a quality toaster. After using it for a few days it was apparently not this toaster. The slots are so small you have trouble getting a piece of plain sandwich bread toast out. The lever that is supposed to push the toast up barely helps. Two different times it would not let me change the dark/light settings. I returned it.

The toaster is great for a family of 4. It looks nice and the digital control panel is bonus. My toast and bagels come out perfect every time. The only con is that it is not fingerprint resistant.

Overall a good unit. Though, for those who want a good crisp toasted bagel or english muffin the unit is a little underpowered which requires a second toasting to get a crisp result.

This is a nice toaster. My only real issue is that it doesn’t always toast as well as I’d like. Even on the highest setting I usually need to run it again for a short time. Otherwise it works great!
