    Love it. The gooseneck makes for an easier and even pour over. Light-weight, heats up quickly and stays at selected tempuature for that second pour.

    A Great Kettle for Brewing Pour Over Coffee

    If you're into brewing pour-over coffee, this is the kettle you want. I bought it to replace a Cosori Gooseneck kettle, because the Cosori has preset temperatures (170, 180, 195, 205, and 212), but the Cusinart allows you to set temperature in 5 degree increments. It heats water quickly and holds temperature for 30 minutes, by default. You'll love it.

    Easy to fill and pour water for drinks. Controls are simple and temperature is easy to set. I like the auto shutoff so you don’t have to worry about accidentally leaving it on to heat water all day. Only gripe is the matte finish while looks nice can be difficult to clean if you have hard water and get it on the side of the kettle.

    I love this kettle! I previously purchased a chefman but it began to rust, so I was able to use my protection plan that I purchased on the chefman and was able to put the funds towards the purchase of this Cuisinart. I love it and I use it a couple of times a week.
