Dyson Digital Slim Cordless Vacuum - Iron/Nickel

I have owed a Kirby with all the bells and whistles that is too hard to operate for this 83 yr old. Also Hoovers and a Bissell. The Dyson is lightweight and has the power and ease to use as my age demands. I ?? it!

I literally just used this vaccum for the 2nd time and the brush head does not spin. This vacuum is a piece of junk and is getting returned.

Great vacuum! Works way better than my V8, the different modes are amazing. It allows me to vacuum the whole downstairs without worrying. Will highly recommend and would buy another if needed!

Love this vacuum! Bought 3 more for each of the family. It's lightweight, has 3 speeds and picks up everything including hair and cat litter. Love it for the bathroom. Wife used to use swifter, but this is such a better solution and quicker. Got it on sale for $229 from $499 at Best buy. Had to "pull the trigger" and buy it. Highly recommend. Also very easy to empty without getting your hands dirty

As the name of the device implies, this is a very slim cordless vacuum. Their isnt much space for the debris container either but i was very impressed with how well the vacuum could pick up. I was surprised (and horrified) of how much dirt and debris it was picking up in my bedroom. Especially as i normally would vaccum previously once a week with a different, normal vacuum. Everytine I vacuum with thos Dyson, it never fails to pick up a good amount of dirt. Definitely alot of power that i didnt know I was missing. This is also while using it in eco mode. I haven't completely put the dyson through its paces but with the little I've done with it, the charge seems to hold very well. I'd imagine it can get a least 10 more minutes out of the advertised 50. Only complain is the debris compartment. Aside from that, a great vacuum. The entire house loves to vaccun now, surprisingly!

The performance of the Dyson Digital Slim is solid but it is conparable to the Bissel Cleanview XR2000 which can be bought for half the price. I have a thick carpet and vacuumed half with each one. They performed the same. Then I plugged my Shark Vertex in and vacuumed each half seperately and was able to nearly fill the canister on both halfs. The stick vacuum truley shines on bedding, couches, etc. The Dyson is considerably lighter than the Bissel but you also have to keep the trigger down while vacuuming and may be an issue for peopke with hand disabilities. I wanted to give 3.5 stars because Of the price. I though for that price Id get the power of the Shark Vertex, I dod not, I got an expensive Bissel

Very well recommended great brand easy set up out of the box. Very powerful. I have purchased three of them for my house in my business. They all work great no wonder it’s the number one brand.
