Terrible doesn't cool unless you are standing right over it. Best Buy customer service is even worse! Bought July 31 but didn't install it until about a week later. Decided it wasn't cooling properly after giving it a try for a couple weeks and Best Buy return policy is only 15 days so I can't return it. I am very upset with this policy most returns are 30 day. An item like this should have a longer return. Now I am out money for a unit that is useless to me that I maybe used only about 5 days.

This AC is okay if you are sitting down and you place it facing you directly. It doesn't do a great job cooling the entire space but does blow cool air directly at you. The window vent is not very sturdy so you really have to place it and leave it without moving it or the window vent comes off. I got it for a small office area I have so I positioned it to hit me directly while I work and its fine for that. Other than that, I would have returned it if I wanted to use to cool the entire room. You also have to turn it on at least 30 min before to cool enough to sit comfortably.

Pretty much alright. Cools room good and not overly loud. Only part that could use better design is the plate that goes in window. Your window design will matter.

It cools great only problem is that the controls on the actual AC suddenly stopped working and only works from the controller.

I ordered a new item and recieved an open box item, missing parts to put in the window and to put on vent hose. I paid full price and got an open box that was re taped and strapped with corner guards…once my bestbuy credit card is paid off im never ordering from bestbuy again.

Unit started to leak and spit water through vents after 2 months use. After cleaning filters and emptying water, the unit was still producing water and would not stop. Had to put the unit outside.

A good unit but it stays on low…..The fan is low, medium, and high which is backwards to me because the purchase is more for the air conditioner than fan….therefore you are not getting the high or medium air you are suppose to get but low mode, not hot air…the air is nice and cold. Although it stays on low I believe a customer will still get satisfaction out of this unit…..

It’s good to use for dry the wall and air in the room but the noise is Extremely loud:/ everything else is nice and easy to use

This portable AC is able to reduce the temperature of a small dorm room from 74°F to 68°F within 30 minutes. I have been very happy with the performance of this AC. One downside would be that when the compressor kicks on at night, it is rather startling. Although this isn't an issue in the day.
