Do not buy Frigidaire!!! The glass broke after 2 months of use. Warranty didn’t want to cover it, although this is a big safety issue. Awful costumer service. Go to other better brands with better warranty!

Just as described, really like stainless steel on most of front door, works great. Yes would buy again.

We like our new range. The only issue is that the oven temp seems a little low. We are going to check with an oven thermometer. So we have been setting the temp 15 to 20 degrees higher. My wife has had no problems keeping the glass stovetop clean using an all purpose cleaner from the dollar store. We have not yet used the self cleaning feature for the oven.

I bought this because of the functions and the additional warmer burner and because it has good reviews. However, here are the things I don’t like. It seems like high on the small burners are not near as hot as my previous stove - it’s more like medium. The drawer is flimsy and I mean flimsy. I think this is my biggest complaint. I need to get an oven thermometer because I’m not positive it’s getting as hot either. The extra large burner is a bit too large. But the dual burner works fantastic. It will definitely be my most used burner.

Easy to clean cooktop. Oven cooks very evenly. Just love Frigidaire appliances. Getting the refrigerator next.

Within 3 months of purchase, the bake element, while set at 275 F, began sparking; then caught on fire. Fortunately, my wife was in the kitchen and immediately shut the oven off. Since it was under the manufacturers warranty, we were able to get a Frigidaire repair tech out yesterday, 11/5/19. He was a very nice gentleman but he only replaced the aforesaid bake element. He installed it and monitored it for 15 minutes on 450 F. Even though it appeared to be resolved, I expressed my concerns to him that the problem may be originating elsewhere. I explained that I have never experienced a brand new range element catching on fire. He graciously indicated that the part was simply faulty from the factory. Later on that night, it proved to be more than just the element. My wife was baking with the oven set at 400 F. After 35 minutes, the infamous "F 10" error code displayed, indicating runaway temperature. This is apparently caused by a temperature sensor or control panel problem. Since the oven was hot, I shut the power off at the breaker box for 15 minutes; then turned it back on. Once again the F 10 code appeared. We called Frigidaire customer service this morning. The company will be sending another tech out to fully assess the appliance on 11/15/19. Clearly, this should have been completed before anything else. I am greatly concerned with this troublesome oven causing a fire in our home. Accordingly, I am kindly requesting that the good people at Frigidaire replace this range with another.
