This one replaced my 22-year-old "Over the Range" GE Microwave. It still worked perfect but the "Beeper" that tells you time is up went out. It was 22 years old, so it was time to upgrade anyway. I was very lucky and didn't have to change my old mounting bracket to the new one with this Microwave. The Power Cord hole, top mounting bolt holes and mounting bracket on the back wall were exactly the same as my 22 year old GE Microwave. I'm very happy with this Microwave.

When it was time to replace my microwave at home I chose this one because I had used it where I was staying out of state and really liked the menu set up and love the sensor settings expecially the popcorn one which is quite accurate.

I purchased this along with a filler kit (extends the width from 30” to 36” wide). The microwave looks great and do far works great. Look great too. I installed the Overhead microwave and kit in a couple of hours. I thought the install instructions could have been better, once installed, it looks great! Microwave instructions are minimal but the keypad is intuitive. Overall great microwave at a great price!

I luv luv this microwave. The first thing you notice is that it doesnt have a big bulky handle on the front. It is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Love that you can have a timer going and cook something and the timer keeps going. Very happy with this purchase.

5 Be careful during installation of any microwave

This product was bought to replace another microwave that had stop working. Don't assume that the installation holes in the wall used by the old microwave will work for the new microwave because they probably won't be the same, so be prepared to drill holes. And be very careful when measuring. You can't be sloppy when measuring. A 16th of an inch means a lot. So far the unit is working fine.
