Works great when it works. By month three, the pump died. Now I have to empty it again (I’ve given it three chances) and have to return it to Best Buy.

I've had this unit since June, 2022. So far it's performed as expected and fits my tiny kitchen space. Moving it is not as easy as I'd hoped because one of the front wheels isn't actually secure in it's in footing and so it moves around too easily. I couldn't figure out how to fix this so I use a rubber foot stopper to keep it from moving around after use. It cleans my dishes way better than I could and has enough room for sport water bottles on the top drawer with maybe two large pans and bowls on the main drawer. I still have to wash large items by hand but I don't think they would fit in a standard machine. I do wish you could adjust the height of the top drawer so it sat lower so you could put larger items up there. Thanks!

This was the BEST thing I ever bought for myself. Easy to hook up, and dishwasher moves very easy across my floor and does an excellent job washing my dishes. I suffer with a bad back and had a hard time doing dishes by hand. It's small yet big enough for myself and even a few more extra dishes.

The dishwasher itself works great. The problem is the intake hose that connects to the faucet. The way the hoses are stored in the back of the dishwasher is a bit of a free-for-all (I think it’s just an empty space back there behind the metal exterior), so the rubber from the hoses tend to twist, kink, and get caught on the edges of the plastic panel that holds them in place. This results in the rubber exterior of the hose becoming torn and frayed. It’s obvious that very little thought has been put into this particular part of the dishwasher, and there isn’t anything we can do to remedy the situation. So while we have to wrestle with the hoses to both store them and deploy them, residual water from hoses gets strewn all over our kitchen floor. So the clean up every time we use the dishwasher is pretty annoying. I’m crossing my fingers that we won’t have to replace the whole unit or take it apart to replace the hoses if they crack or leak.

We have a small kitchen and this diswasher is perfect. Extremely quiet. Does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Easy to move around.

I live with chronic, severe wrist tendonitis and struggle to hand wash heavy or a high volume of dishes. I took a chance on this portable dishwasher for my kitchen because of the smaller size and apparent ease of rolling it across the room and hooking it up to the sink. I have to say: CAN DO! Setup is simple, hookup is straightforward, and all buttons make sense and are easy to press. The smaller size means I have to run this each day - sometimes even more depending on what's cooking that day - but the energy & water savings, not to mention the pain savings for me, are worth it. It's also cute (everyone remarks on it!), works as a little extra counter space, and can be decorated with magnets if that's your thing. Keep in mind you cannot use your kitchen sink while this is hooked up - just do your research and make a decision you feel good about. Really glad I bought this and think I will be for the long term if I can keep the filter clean. Plus, Best Buy had the best price and offered quick and simple home delivery!
