I love my new range. Oven very accurate. Like the different sizes of burnners to match up with pan sizes and the large grate on top. Seems easy to clean up spills

5 Good Quality and Features for 24inch Range
Posted by Vincent Austin on Dec 11th 2024
Kitchen space only allowed for max 24in range. Not alot of choices in this range width. Features I like are the side-to-side grates, electric broiler in oven, oven light that lets you see inside when door is shut and bottom storage draw to store broiler pan and cooling racks. Oven looks high-end and good quality. Oven was off -50 degrees so had to make the adjustment as did others.

4 Converted to LP, works well if adjusted properly
Posted by Julie Williams on Dec 1st 2024
First, all ranges in the 20" size here in the US are overpriced relative to the standard 30" ranges, so I'll leave out comments on the stupidly high price. It's flimsy -- this is not a high quality build range, the knobs are a light plastic, the interior lower panel that covers the heaters and valves is thin and flexes/bends. Especially annoying is the top rear black heat guard that attaches to the range with only two screws -- the guard bends and moves from the two-screw hinge points. This is such a cheap way to do this. Now for the important part... does it get to temperature? We had our unit converted for LP use, all the orifices are included - 4 range top and one oven. BB had us pay $200 dollars for a certified installation and the installer did not install properly (I had to remind the guy to convert the unit for LP use and then he tried to keep the new gas line kit, I had to ask for it before he left (fyi, by regulation a new gas hose needs to be installed, so keep an eye on the installer, BB contractors are in general low quality). The installer did not adjust the airflow valve initially and so the oven would not get hot enough initially. It now gets up to temp, the burners work great. The rubber feet for the grills are hard to get back into the small holes in the oven (for cushioning the grill), they could have been designed a lot better. The bottom drawer is just a storage draw. What you're getting for a thousand bucks is ok, it's nothing exceptional though. It's not like companies don't know how to make quality smaller appliances (just look at the UK), so I'd rate this about 3 or 3.5 to of 5. Decent quality for the size range, cleans by water steam only.

2 Looks nice, burners work, terrible quality
Posted by Jessica Obrien on Nov 23rd 2024
Missing several screws that secure various panels - on the back and inside the oven compartment. Not obvious at first glance, but during the LP conversion process these became apparent. Bottom panel of oven arrived warped. When oven heats up, the exposed front panel above the oven door gets hot enough to burn skin. I am convinced that if I ram it for more than a few minutes it would melt the plastic burner control knobs. The door shuts fairly well, so I don’t think it’s an anomaly or operator error, it seems like a terrible design. Overall, the construction and quality control seems way cheap. Also, it’s a fingerprint magnet, and then burns the fingerprints into the front control panel. For the high price of this very basic oven, I expected a much higher standard of quality. I will do everything I can to exchange this for a different brand. Very dissatisfied.
