works good, but the venting options were not as indicated in online description and the new one we got was damaged (dented in a few places) - we have talked to managers multiple times saying someone will follow up on it with us, but have not in more than a month. Machine itself works good.

1 Dryer doesn’t work

using this 2 years, dryer doesn’t work. Repair cost will be around USD500. They said that 3pcs of thermometers need to be replaced due to high Temperature. But i think dryer’s feature shoulf anti-high temperature

The stackable washer/dryer was a good option because of very limited space. The washing cycle is a bit noisy. Retrieving the laundry from the washer is a bit tricky because of the limited opening .

Perfect size for a small space (closet area). Setup was easy and did not take very long. I replaced my unit which was almost 30 years old and it washes and drys much faster whichl saves on utilities. Great value for the price.

We've had this for about 6 months now - very good quality so far. Our clothes come out smelling fresh. Easy to clean. I like the auto-sense wash cycle that fills the water to the precise level. The capacity is amazingly big for a stackable washer / dryer. The only downside is that it's a bit loud during the washing cycles.

Nice size overall. Nice capacity. CONS: It seems to use a lot more water than my last one. No timer or sound as to when a cycle is done. I had to figure out how long each cycle is, so I use a kitchen timer.

This duo is my absolute favorite. Small footprint, fits in a closet, top loader doesn’t molder. A total workhorse. This is my 4th purchase of the same one (for various houses).
