Great looking dryer, its big, and it has many features. It's wifi capable. I can control from my mobile app. Loved it.

This dryer replaced a 10 year old LG that quit on us. We really like the size and digital controls. The LG had manual timer knob which was starting to wear out. It's also much quieter than the old dryer which had developed a squeak. As far as drying speed goes, my wife says this one is faster than the old one. The wifi features are somewhat disappointing. The app does notify us when the drying cycle is nearing completion and when it finishes. However, I was sort of expecting to be able to make changes from the app(start, stop, change cycle, change heat) but in actuality the only thing you can do is view the current cycle, and stop it. You can set up a delayed start on the dryer and then as long as the door isn't opened, start it later from the app. I understand the safety reasons behind these decisions, but I don't see when we would ever need to delay the dryer and start it later remotely. I would maybe dock half a star for not being able to change the heat level or tumble speed from the app, though I don't know if any other dryer offers that either. I would also note that there was a small dent on the back of it, that I didn't notice until I got it home which is an hour away from the store. This would be more of a Best Buy issue than a GE issue. I didn't return it because of the hassle, and it doesn't seem to affect the performance but it's disappointing none the less. On the plus side there was an energy star rebate for this dryer which will offset the costs a little. Time will tell how long it lasts but it feels like a solid product.

Great product and the gentlemen who delivered it was great. They followed our delivery instructions perfectly. The only issue is the dryer doesn’t sit flush against wall so there’s a huge 3ft gap between wall and dryer which is really annoying (see photos)

Im absolutely in LOVE with this Dryer! I also have the matching washer. My set is also on Pedestals I highly recommended on getting Pedestals saves your back from stooping. Also I was made aware that this dryer and washer are very very heavy have it installed makes life 110% better! It drys very efficiently and is super quite, the only way I hear it is if I am standing near it. I do have 2 cons- CON #1 its power/selection/dry alert sound could be a tad louder I have the loudest it will go and couldn't tell you if its dry or not from my living room,because irs upstairs. CON #2 the lint trap I pictured it closed as well as open if you have rough hands or littles helping with the laundy it is very flimsy and I could see it breaking without much force.

Purchased our washers 2 years ago, no issues whatsoever. Clothes always come out of wash clean and fresh and with temperature control on both washer and dryer there is no need to worry about clothes shrinkage. Vary impressed with our purchase.

Only this brand can stackable. My laundry room pretty small but lucky LG can fit in! Quiet, steam cycle, fast are my first choice. Due to the large capacity of the dryer, I chose to put the clothes into the dryer after two rounds of washing. My dryer is on top of the washing machine, only 5 feet of me still can reach the button. Good to buy!!
