Honest review ahead…I researched washers like crazy and finally decided on this one because I used to have a GE Profile Front Load & loved it but left it when I sold my house. This top load has some newer features and some of the old ones that I liked so I thought I’d love this one too! I loved the auto detergent dispense on my old one but that’s the first issue. The detergent doesn’t flow into the tank and just sits in the top of the dispenser so it’s ALWAYS saying Low or Empty Detergent and I have to pour more in. See attached photo. I have ran a cleaning cycle through it with hot water as directed and tried different detergents but it’s still the same. I’ve stopped using it now and just fill the regular detergent dispenser myself. The flex dispense drawer is a great feature but it’s so inconvenient to have to use the app to control it. There should be a flex dispense button on the controls. The Alexa feature won’t work at all so that’s pointless. I understand that an impeller washer doesn’t use much water and that’s what I wanted. But it REALLY doesn’t use much water and clothes come out with spots on them from possible detergent. I’ve set it to extra rinse or smart rinse and that’s the only way they aren’t spotted with detergent. Don’t bother using the scent beads unless you use deep water. The beads spot your clothes like crazy because there just isn’t enough water to properly dissolve them. Plus, as you can see in the photo, the clothes that get stuck towards the outside of the drum won’t agitate and they just stay stuck there the whole cycle. I load it around the edges and around the impeller like is suggested, use 1-2 Tbls of detergent so it’s not too much and have tried different settings. The deep water fill fills it up completely to the top even if there’s only a few items in it. The specs said it would sense the clothes and only add a few more gallons depending on how much is in there. If the spin cycle is on anything higher than low, the washer will literally shake and vibrate so badly that it sounds like metal crashing into metal plus it will walk itself across the laundry room so much that it almost ripped out my water lines. I absolutely hate this washer. Complete waste of money but that’s what I get for trying to save a few hundred bucks instead of just getting the front load like I wanted. I have nothing good to say about this washer. Like I said, I researched heavily to make sure reviews were good and it had features I’d like. I never thought I’d be one of the few one star reviews for this machine. Spend your money on a different one and steer clear of this.

I have always been an LG customer and really wanted to give GE a chance with this new washer, but it disappointed me. I only had it for a week and a have and in that time- the top liquid detergent dispenser stopped dispensing, the machine stopped draining and spinning and it eventually stopped agitating. It was stuck on sensing and then would turn off. Going back to LG

First day after delivery and it works great! Really nice deep blue with some metallic flake.

The setup and instal was a breeze. The over all unit is simple to operate and have many great functions.

very good quality, does its job 100%. The color is gorgeous, the design too. washes perfectly you can control it from your phone.

First washer and we got the set. Settings are nice for different loads, big, and able to see almost anything from the app. Love the color Now. The alexa is a hit or a miss in this machine. We currently cannot get the volume buttons to work and alexa doesnt speak at all. We've got everything enabled of the skill that it needs and alexa commands work half the time. Doesn't work when you ask it to turn on/off washer. You pay this much money only for the volume to not work

The machine washes great. I am super happy with it. Best Buy had similar prices to others on this top rated model. But they were the ones who could deliver it the quickest. And the delivery was awesome; two nice men who were early and took great care in moving it in and our old washer out.
