Best Buy values have long changed. It’s not the Business Model I used to cherish and recommend.

2 Jenn-Air Model #JMC3415ES made w/ cheap materials
Posted by Trevor Frank on Oct 30th 2024
We purchased our home 2 1/2 years ago. We have had several issues with our Jenn-Air appliances but they were covered by the manufacturer until now. Our Microwave Model Number JMC3415ES, which is the most expensive microwave I have ever owned, had a range door switch go out. The issue was a cheap door switch made of plastic. When the door switch went bad, it caused a short witch tripped the breaker. Why build such an awesome product and use inferior/cheap materials?

5 Good but expensive
Posted by Jessica Boyer on Sep 28th 2024
I like the size if this microwave - it's roomy inside for sure. I installed it a s a built in to replace and older JennAir model. The Trim kit was really difficult to find and crappy quality, but the microwave is high end. The display LEDs are more whitish blue than the older model's greenish-blue. It's quiet while its running too.

My review is not just about the microwave which is good but also from the way that Best Buy takes the necessary time to understand your needs and make things right.
