Features
Air Fry Mode Replaces a countertop air fryer for all of the crisping with none of the clutter. Triple heating elements and a fan circulate hot air around the included air fry basket to crisp and brown food with less oil.
Multifunction Oven Modes Replace a convection or toaster oven, freeing up counter space by elevating your baking, roasting, broiling and toasting. Triple heating elements and a fan direct heat where it's needed to cook at temperatures up to 450°F.
Flush Built-In Design Provides a seamless built-in look within a standard 12 ¾” deep cutout. When closed, the microwave door fits evenly with surrounding cabinet fronts, so your kitchen stands out, not the appliance.
Turntable-Free Design Maximizes cooking space for large dishes or multiple items at the same time. A hidden motor circulates microwave heating throughout the entire oven, eliminating the need for a traditional turntable.

Loved this product but quit working after less than 3 weeks. It was immediately replaced and happy with the transaction. Had it for 1 week and so far, works like a charm. I tried every function and I'm pleased with all operations. I would given it a 5 star but unfortunately it had to be replaced.

1 Poor quality parts inside

It’s been broken most of June and all of July. Repairman came to fix. First time for the diag, second time showed up woth a broken part and third time the part barely made it as it was obviouly been thrown around alot during shipping. As soon he turned it on after new part install we started smelling something burning and a rotten smell. Unbelievable. I really wanted to like this product. But now I got to convince Kitchen aid on replacing a four month old microwave cause there no way im letting this thing burn my house down.

I have had this microwave for about a month and I have mixed feelings. We had a 1.9 cu kitchenaid microwave previously and this is smaller. Also there are delays when using this microwave. Additionally I used it for air frying and my food was not evenly cooked. The plus side- it looks nice, I like the flat no handle visual, and has many functions - more than a regular microwave.

I love the look and microwave function. I haven't tried the air fryer or toaster oven yet. Although we bought this mid-may, it wasn't delivered and installed until June 8th. And not by Geek Squad. Hmmm, wonder what's going on at Best Buy.
