Provides quiet cleaning without compromising performance, so there's no need to wait to run a wash cycle, while entertaining and enjoying meals, even in open concept kitchens. Advanced clean water wash system
Uses microfiltration to continuously remove food particles during the wash and rinse cycles and circulates clean water to dishes in all three racks. This allows dirty cookware and delicate glassware to be washed together in the same load. ProWash cycle
Utilizes sensors to measure soil levels throughout the cycle and adapts wash time and water temperature as needed for tough messes or lighter loads, because no two meals or the dishes that result are exactly the same. PrintShield finish
Resists smudges and fingerprints. The specialized coating for stainless steel is easy to clean with just water and a soft cloth, so you can spend more time cooking and less time cleaning up the kitchen. Adjustable middle rack
Adds flexibility to fit tall items, such as a stand mixer bowl. Lower the rack to place large dishes inside, or raise it to make room for platters, pitchers, blender jars and more in the rack below. Extended ProDry option
Extends the cycle time by 15 minutes for loads that need extra drying time. Durable stainless steel interior
Offers the beauty and benefits of stainless steel inside the dishwasher. It resists streaks, stains and odors, while retaining heat to help improve drying. SatinGlide rails in third and middle racks
Allow racks to move effortlessly, even when fully loaded. Adjustable rows in middle and lower racks
Fold down to make room for dishes in a variety of shapes and sizes, such as roasting pans, serving bowls, colanders, and Dutch ovens. Four stemware holders in middle rack
Secure wine glasses along the side of the rack to prevent them from moving around during the wash cycle. Express wash cycle
Cleans in less time, so you always have the dishes you need while preparing, cooking, and entertaining. Sani-Rinse option
Eliminates food soil bacteria. Top controls
Controls are tucked away on top of the dishwasher door for a clean look to match your kitchen style. An indicator light on the front of the door changes colors to subtly display cycle progress. BEST BUY….BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK MOLD….BEWARE!!! I have been purchasing appliances from Best Buy for years; all is GREAT until something goes WRONG! Then Best Buy and their insurance companies deny, divert, and disappear! The last appliances I purchased from Best Buy included a dishwasher with delivery and installation. It was installed incorrectly or it was defective to begin with. The drain line ruptured and cause black mold and mildew issues; damaging the new flooring and cabinets in a new custom built home. Best Buy diverted the claim to contracted installer, CRST. CRST first denied the claim stating they did not install. After proving that they installed, CRST denied the claim saying a rodent caused the rupture. After proving that a rodent did not cause the rupture, CRST agreed and forwarded the claim their 3rd party installer (Subsonic Deliveries And Installations LLC ) and Subsonic’s insurance company Sutton Specialty Insurance Company and/or Golden State Claims Adjusters. It has become a spiders web to know which insurance company is responsible. Golden State Claims Adjusters states they didn’t provide coverage and Sutton Specialty is stating Golden State did provide coverage. All I know, is I purchased the Dishwasher from Best Buy, with delivery and installation; and their contractors installed it incorrectly! I now have a BLACK MOLD AND MILDEW PROBLEM that cost over $26,000 to repair. I To date, Golden State has denied the claim due to no coverage, CRST has switch horses and has denied the claim AND has confirmed that they may have sent the claim to the incorrect insurance company and will forward the claim to the correct insurance company though CRST has denied it….which makes no sense. And Sutton Specialty Insurance has disappeared from contact though the Washington State Labor and Industries website lists them as the insurance company, and BEST BUY has disappeared from taking responsibility. So, if you want to buy appliances this BLACK FRIDAY or sooner, or later….DON’T purchase them from Best Buy with delivery and installation, you may think you are saving $$$ but it could likely cost you $26,000 or more in damages. Not to mention the irritation of writing a review like this, dealing with BEST BUY management, dealing with Insurance companies and insurance adjusters.

GREAT, GREAT DISHWASHER
Posted by Latoya Bell on Dec 10th 2024
After buying this dishwasher to replace a 4-year old dishwasher that did not dry or clean, I am amazed at how well this dishwasher cleans and dries, but also has 3 racks. I love, love this dishwasher and the 3-rack feature. I use all 3 racks, and it great to have so much space. It is unbelievable at how well it cleans & dries. It is also very quiet. I also like the delay feature, so I can run it later at night. I never thought dishwashing could be so fun and also has saved my back pain! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing

I like clean dishes with no need to pre-wash them. So quiet. The one thing I do not like is that it takes a long time

Gets the dishes clean!
Posted by Mark Harris on Nov 22nd 2024
Very satisfied with this dishwasher. This is my second kitchenAid and I am happy with the way the dishes get cleaned and come out dry!!! The third rack is nice, but I have not used it that much. I have had this a month and so far so good!

True to my past experience with KitchenAid, it's quiet, the rack organization is superb, and I love the new third (Top) rack--ingenious.

Great Dishwasher!

This dishwasher is the greatest! It is quiet and cleans very good. The 3rd rack is very nice and the silverware rack works well. The top rack gives plenty of room for tall glasses and it dries the dishes very well.

The Ultimate Kitchen Assistant/ Dishwasher

Looking for a fantastic dishwasher - look no more. This is an amazing dishwasher. It does all the hard work for you! Cleaning is a breeze when I’m in the kitchen and need to reset and clean my kitchen after a long day of baking, canning, and preserving a mass amount of food. Cleans, sanitizes, and holds a variety of kitchen items. Love Kitchen Aide- last Kitchen Aide lasted 20 years.

Quiet and spacious, but runs too long
Posted by Gina Carson on Oct 27th 2024
First the positive: It is large inside, fits everything our family of four dirties in one day. It also cleans well. I usually soak dishes in some water if they'll sit around all day so any dishwasher should clean it well. Finally, it's quiet, very quiet. We've had it for two months and use it daily. My big complaint is that it doesn't have a quick wash. The 'express wash' is an hour and ten minutes. Really? And if you don't stop it right after that it goes on drying for hours. This isn't what I want. Why not a half hour cycle like my old one? It should at least be an option for those who want it. I stopped it after an hour just to see and everything was perfectly clean. Annoying. My electricity bill went up. Some efficiency standards! Things that run for longer don't save energy, they use more. Don't tell me it is more efficient, I won't believe it. One more thing - the top rack is awesome. You can actually fit a lot up there like cups and spatulas and shallow bowls.

Best dishwasher ever owned so far
Posted by Mr. Miguel Martin on Oct 27th 2024
We have owned multiple dishwashers over the years and can honestly say that this Kitchenaid puts them all to shame. We have only had it a week, so can’t speak about the longevity. However, here are the pros so far: 1) so quiet you literally have to look to see if its on and our kitchen and living area are open; 2) seems very substantial in construction, e.g. door is much heavier than previous dishwashers; 3) really holds lots of dirty dishes, especially with the third rack; and 4) cleans the dishes really well. My only cons: doesn’t dry as well as I had hoped unless the pro dry option is selected; 2) not much flexibility for adjusting tines on bottom tray; and 3) I really dislike the silverware basket, it is way too large, taking up valuable space for dishes, and it cannot be split into two smaller individual baskets. I really think Kitchenaid needs to look at changing this to be more flexible. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it to others.
