Good

I love the concept, but does not work well on cucumbers. If you are usung zucchini, make sure you get some decent sized ones because the small ones you dont get much of a sheet off of them.

Quick, easy setup and clean

I like the magnets for quick easy setup. Now i can quickly make cucumber sheets for sushi rolls (instead of seaweed) and apples are turned into homemade “fruit by the foot” that is fun to eat. Even cor the kids. Next thing ill do is turn potatoes into chips, hoping it will much easier than slicing them,. I need to find a pringles shaped cookie cutter!

Works Great

I use it to make wraps. Easy and fun to use. Easy to clean and stores nicely in the box, which opens from the top and held closed with magnets.

It's just ok

In theory the sheet cutter is an amazing idea. I imagined it would make low carb wraps and veggie lasagna so simple. The reality however it's not so. The sheet cutter has a very fine line of foods it can easily work with. To soft and the ends of the vegetable/food ends up getting stripped out and the attachment prongs have nothing to grab. A good example of this is a cucumber where the soft inside is easily overwhelmed by the resistance of the cutting blade. I also found carrots somewhat challenging. I would say another negative is that the left over cores are pretty substantial and a lot can go to waste. I'm not thrilled with it.

kitchenaid maddness

I love my Kitchenaid and this attachment. The only thing I will say is I was hoping this would work on eggplant but it doesn't. For zucchini..... It is amazing

Awesome gift!

Bought for my wife. Very easy to use and it has 2 thicknesses. Sliced apple very thin and it was a big hit for kids with braces. They are so excited to be able to eat apples and not break brackets.

Expensive way to slice a vegetable !!!
Posted by Michael Lee on Oct 12th 2024
My mom always used a knife or a peeler. But NOOOOO, not my wife. She has to spend $250 on a mixer with a paint job better than on my car, and the $100 for each attachment (yes, there's more than this one). Like we're made out of gold or something. But I love her and she get's out of my hair when she's playing around with this thing until she sees something else on Facebook she just has to have. Good luck....
