Good quality, I love the glass top and sleek design. It is a perfect size for larger loads or comforters. It is a little noisy and does not have a spot for detergent or softener, but it does have a softener setting for use with a downy ball with an extra rinse!

I wasnt sure what to expect but it runs very well, no super quiet so i can tell when it starts and finishes. Great job at sensing water amounts, spins fairly quietly. I like my choice. Thinking of getting the dryer when my current one dies.

So far so Good. This is our 2nd Maytag washing machine. The 1st one gave up after 25 yrs of service in my family.

Needed a washer and since we had a maytag before we bought it. Once setting it up and doing the adjustments. It works. The only thing is the noise it makes and shakes alot. Fixed the problem a bit by putting some cardboard under the legs and helped. Again we needed a washer and there it is. We got used to the noise and have clean closed and close it like that.

I like the washer. I also like the clear lid on top... saves me from opening the washer during the cycle. I appreciate the size of the drum, which allows me to wash bulkier items. I will say that coming from an older washer, this machine is a bit of an adjustment...(HE) the washes take longer, but being more energy efficient, and using less water is exciting. My last concern, which is a big one, is that it did not come with the complete operating instructions and there were none on the website with the product manual. On the website, I saw the installation instructions and the energy information. I had to go the YouTube to get the information. There is so much more I'd like to know to get the complete benefits of using this machine.

Had the first maytag bravos 12 yrs but this one extremely noisy with the faucet feature bc the basket quite large it compares to the 5.2 even if smaller. I do not like there is no dispenser for detergent & no delay wash preset but did not want display board for error later on. Washes clothes like a beast they are far cleaner & my hub noticed no fab softner so it really cleans fill line water low level though but does job excellent.

Still getting used to a new washer after replacing our 40 year old Maytag. The cycle directions are very useful, but not much else in the documentation. The running display lights are not very informative. Keep the cycle directions handy nearby for use until you know your favorites!

I am very happy with this purchase. The tub is huge and washes the clothes very well. The power button is a little confusing compared to my older Maytag especially when adding an additional item to the machine once you get it started. Also, I thought it would be inconvenient not having a detergent dispenser but now that I have gotten used to it, I find it to be less messy. Overall, a very good washing machine and a great value for the price.
