We use this mutiple times a day often. We have cooked bacon, hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, sausage in this.. Sharpest style, and easy to clean..grill base comes off for easy cleaning.. Ninja brands never disappoint us.

I wished this device had a more active smokeless system other than an additional layer...otherwise, the interchangeable Grill and Griddle, add to the reputation of NINJA appliances; another great addition to the kitchen.

Bought this not expecting much, just needing to replace the old one I’ve had for less than a year. I now find myself using it everyday. No hot spots like my old unit and seems to heat evenly. The removable non stick griddle is super easy to clean also. Definitely worth the money.

First thing I want to clarify, This is NOT smokeless as advertised. I made burgers the other day at the recommended setting and the smoke was pluming to my ceiling. I had to put it under my stove exhaust and turn on my exhaust fan to mitigate the smoke. If you can get past the misleading advertising, then read on because it gets better… I have used both the griddle plate and the grill plate(with the lines) and by far the griddle plate is my favorite and easiest to clean up. I have made shrimp and vegetables, burgers, bacon, rice, and corned beef hash! And everything I have cooked has cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The flavor of the food is perfect. And the grease pit on the front of the plate is awesome too. As you’re cooking you can push the grease to the front and it falls down to the grease pit. Cooking on this indoor grill is also fun, we have enjoyed making eggs and veggies on this and you almost feel like a grill person that you might find in a deli. The heat distribution is also very even throughout the grill/griddle plate which is important because that means you get more usable cooking surface for your food. The coating on the grill/griddle plates is very nice, so far nothing has stuck to it and both clean up easily. The grill takes about 5-7 minutes to pre-heat and then you’re ready to go. We do find ourselves trying to use it more than our pans because the cooking surface it large and square and the food always seems to cook way better than anything else we have in the kitchen. The other negative that we have to mention, is that the grill plate stays hot for a long time, so after you cook you will have to let it sit for about an hour before you can pick up the plate to wash it. This is one of those things that you don’t think is a big deal until you go to clean the kitchen and can’t fully clean up because the unit stays so hot for so long you have to come back when it’s cool in order to finish. Now this is most likely why the plate cooks food so well and evenly, but I had to mention it as a con. Once cooked, the plate is very easy to clean just a sponge with some warm soapy water and it cleans right up. No issues there. All in all it’s not perfect, but it does cook food better than any pan or wok in my kitchen. As long as you can manage the smoke from making burgers or steaks you will like how it cooks food.

I bought one for myself and now getting one for each sister ! Love it! Keeps meals easy and healthy!

So excited to get this grill, had a George Forman grill for many years and it finally wore out. This Ninja grill I thought would be a good replacement however the first 3-4 times it was used had excellent results. Now it barely grills. Turn it up all the way and still takes over 45 minutes to cook chicken strips. Also it claims it is non stick, HA! Awful this thing is a piece of junk…My advice is shop around, I am so disappointed and will need to fork out more money for something that actually works for more than 3-4 uses.

Initial impression: The packing of the Ninja Sizzle Smokeless Countertop Indoor Grill & Griddle is very good, protecting the appliance from shipping hazards. Each plate is enclosed in a plastic bag, making sure to protect the surface. My initial impression after unpacking is that it is a very well-made grill. It comes with the grill, swappable grill and griddle plates, a removable dishwasher-safe splatter lid, and a quick start guide including recipes. Setup: There isn’t really any setup to this grill. You unpack it, set it on the counter, put the plate on it that you wish to cook with, and it is set up. Operating: Operating the grill is also very simple. You select the cooking plate you want to use, you turn on the grill, set the temperature using the chart on the front of the grill, let it warm up for a few minutes, and start cooking. It is so simple. Performance: The first thing we did was grill hamburgers on it. We set the grill plate on the grill, turned it on, set the temp to 400°, and after warming up for a few minutes we started cooking. After a few minutes, huge perfect hamburgers came off the grill. They were perfectly cooked on both the outside and the inside. The next morning, we put the griddle on the grill and cooked up some home-made pancakes. They were phenomenal. We set the temp based on the chart on the front of the grill. After a few minutes, we had a plate full of them. We next decided to cook scrambled eggs. We set the temperature and put the eggs on the grill. This one didn’t work out as planned, because some of the egg batter drained into the grease trap. Should have seen that one coming. What remained on the griddle cooked perfectly. Everything we cooked turned out perfect, and it truly is smoke free. Cleaning it is a breeze, remove the plate and wash it in the sink. Wipe the grill down, and you’re done. If the lid gets greasy, it can be cleaned in the sink or in the dishwasher. Conclusion: The Ninja Sizzle Smokeless Indoor Grill & Griddle is an amazing indoor grill. It is truly smokeless, offers both grill and griddle, cooks perfectly when you follow the temperature settings on the chart on the front, and cleans up easily. I have had many indoor countertop grills, and none of them do everything perfectly. Some clean easier, some cook good, some bad, some are truly no-stick, and some are smokeless. But this is the first indoor grill that does all things right. If you are looking for an indoor countertop grill and griddle that is smokeless and anti-stick, I highly recommend this grill.

This is not really smokeless is not ideal for hotel use because of the smoke.
