Bought this to free up space on counters works great easily vents to where you need, microwave, slim fry, bake roast it’s amazing like have another oven

This Samsung is a super-nice unit. So many great features, and is beautiful in the kitchen. Totaltech did a great job with installation & hauled off our old one.

Very sleek and capable microwave. We purchased this microwave with installation, and the install went very well. There are a lot of convection oven and "slim" fry options that are very helpful, along with a nice round baking tray. This microwave heats up drinks and leftovers very well, however it doesn't feature any quick start buttons. We did take one star away because the instructions for the different features are very difficult to find, in paper or online, and also because it picks up fingerprints very easily.

I’m a single mom of 3! I suffer from A hilarious version of OCD! Thankfully my BF is a contractor. If things are right, I can ask him to fix it lol. My kids like to cook! IKR! Messy! I just remodeled my kitchen and I like it looking brand new lol. My and thinks I’m nuts, too. So so what lol! So he built my kids a kids kitchen from my pantry! He owns this microwave but in the darker color at his house. He brags about how it serves as an oven and microwave! He surprised me when I returned from the cabin trip with my kids over the holiday! I came home and saw a new kitchen. A mini kitchen! This microwave is awesome!!! I actually use it more than my drawer microwave. It’s HUGE INSIDE! Easy to wipe down! I am not sure how the metal and glass and rack function, but my BF said don’t let the metals touch glass or something like that. I think this unit is so new no one has done a Tutorial on it. I made bacon with the broiler and chicken! Kids made cookies and enchiladas! It’s great for small spaces and serves as a multiple cooking system. I could not be more happier! Now I don’t need to use my new oven lol! Easy to use! Clean with no handles giving it a clean sleek look! Large and deep! Kids use an electric induction plug in under it and turn on the vent- very powerful! Love it! I wish it gave option for sounds lol! Most Samsung’s have cute alert sounds. If it does, I haven’t found that button. Super Amazing!

I love it!!! The item went on sale over labor day (less than 2 weeks after I purchased) and I received a refund of the difference! I don't know how to use all of the features yet but I can't wait to learn. I'm so happy!

I drove over an hour away to a Best Buy that advertise this microwave as an open box in excellent condition. When I picked up the package, it was not in the original packaging, which really didn’t concern me because it was such a good deal. However, whenever I got home and cut open the bubble wrap that it was wrapped in, I noticed that there was a large dent in the front of the microwave, and it was missing all of the hardware. According to the Best Buy website, this is not what excellent condition means, so buyer beware. When I called did the online chat support and talked to an agent, they said I should have to return it at the managers discretion, and that they couldn’t do anything further for me. Do not buy open box items! ?

Warms food fast and lights underneath are nice. Fans work good also for ventilation. Easy to clean as well. Ran into a issue with installation but was corrected quickly. Don't hesitate, worth the money.

Couple of things… It’s a monster, much bigger than our previous OTR microwave. So if you’re installing next to a wall or pantry cabinet the door may NOT fully swing open. Don’t panic, there’s a solution. We purchased this in-stock accessory from IKEA (NYTTIG 30” backfiller piece for microwave) It was a Godsend: IKEA part #105.365.05 (NYTTIG) for $28.95 and now all’s well. Hope this helps. Take time to scan the QR code (tiny sticker on the glass door) so you can register your warranty and download the user guide, manual, etc. “Slim Fry” means Air Fry. A 9x13” casserole dish will fit. A 12” pizza stone will fit. A 12-14 lb turkey will fit. This is a true multi-tasker and will perform many useful functions for you, convection bake, speed bake, and air fry, being the best of them, in my opinion. It’s truly a workhorse! RECOMMENDED!

The microwave was better than I expected. I am very pleased with the item.
