This product was described as Open Box Excellent Condition; however it was not in excellent condition since it had deep scratches on it. This does not qualify as excellent condition. In addition, Best Buy is telling us that we have missed our return window to return it. We hope Best Buy will work with us to exchange it.

You’re getting a lot in this package. This actually comes with the mounting frame to put the microwave in the cabinet unfortunately they doing metal to metal joint which I think adds to the vibration noise we’re hearing with the microwave otherwise it looks very beautiful I think the trim is a little thick and it’s a little distracting maybe putting some vents visibly on the face would’ve broken it up a little bit otherwise it’s beautiful . Instructions are not great because a little confusing. But we got it done I think it looks very nice

4 Not as difficult as others say

Our house was built with a cubby which the previous owners just had a microwave sitting in. I opted for this in hopes it would work with the space which it did! Our measurements were about 1/4" off, however we were able to make it work. As many said, the instructions are difficult to read (look like they were not translated correctly) however you can understand what they're trying to say if you read and look at the pictures. The tool sizes for the Torx screwdriver and the drillbit are inaccurate. Overall I am happy with this purchase. The microwave sits very sturdy and looks VERY professional and nice. After years of people bad reviews regarding the instructions, you'd think Samsung would have someone fix them. Also, it is annoying this is a separate purchase and almost the same price as the microwave itself!

The trim kit looks nicely fit with my new microwave. The installation was a bit challenging as it took time to understand the template and how to use it. A 2-3hr installation max for DIY, but highly recommend!
