My new Samsung Dryer just arrived. The team that installed it was lovely and informative. I am excited to start saving money on my gas bill as my old dryer was inefficient and well old. Thank you Best Buy team for taking away my old dryer and installing my new one without doing damage to my home and showing up on time was a huge plus too. Thank you again! As I haven't had a chance to use the item yet, I can't really comment on it's ease of use, but the return policy is good for 15 days which seems like more than enough time to let Best Buy know my concerns if any.

I live this washer and dryer set. Ive had no problems at all they clean my clothes great my only issue is the thing shakes my entire house on high spin so im trying to get the pedestals to see if it helps any with the leveling

We like this washer. After the test wash, we did 6 loads of laundry. We experience an odd noise when we washed the bedsheets and towels together. It seems like the rubber gasket was pulling during the spin cycle. It did not occur on any of the other wash loads. It is easy to use and the display is easy to read. The only issue we have so far is that the control panel is extremely sensitive. Our storage cabinets are above the washer, and if we brush us against the control panel to laundry products, we inadvertently change the settings. However, it was not a reason for us to return the machine.

I purchased the Samsung washer and a matching dryer and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. They have a wide selection of wash cycle options and system functions. The dryer has wrinkle prevent which my wife loves so much and they even self-clean and they’re very easy to use. I barely even notice that they’re in operation because of how quiet they are. They operate with less noise and high efficiency. Best investment I have ever made since we moved into our new home. I highly recommend this brand.

Well, you get what you pay for. I originally bought a wash tower that I could pick up on a Tuesday. This was a Friday. Saturday, I received an E-mail saying it was pushed back 2 weeks. I cancelled that order and called customer service who found me this set in Erie, Pa. that I could pick up on Sunday. (Open box set, discounted) I drive all the way to Erie, no open box, for 500$ each only new for 750$ each. Got them home and the washer was dented up. Fixable. I live too far for delivery and installation, so I had to do it myself. *When you stack these, the electric connection is at the top of the dryer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to reach. I ended up having to buy 10/3 braided wire and a plug and make my own. *Here's the good part* These units are VERY TALL. When stacked, the dryer buttons are 6'6" from the floor. No kidding. My wife is 5'3" tall. I had to buy her a step stool so she could reach the dryer buttons. Here's a pic.

The washing machine is pretty awesome. Quiet and very convenient does its job and we love it. Specially, in black.
