I live this washer and dryer set. Ive had no problems at all they clean my clothes great my only issue is the thing shakes my entire house on high spin so im trying to get the pedestals to see if it helps any with the leveling

While moving, I searched and ended up purchasing it. I was satisfied because the experts installed and tested it perfectly. The price is also satisfactory, and the performance is good. If you can't get a stacker part from Besty Buy inventory, go get one from other store like Lowe's. You must stack them! It's awesome!

I would give this washer 4 stars except for the fact that I wash with cold water only! Every cycle we have to set the temperature for cold or we get a 4C alarm! Very easy to use otherwise, very quiet and reliable! I still have the older dryer, it’s still working

I needed a new washer for my apartment. I found this one. I love it. It’s quiet, which is great for me and my neighbors. There is a lot of room for my clothes, since it’s just me living here. It’s easy to use. The washer gets the job done. Also, the installation guys did a great job installing both the washer and the matching dryer.

This washer is amazing!! Its so quiet and has a large capacity. The options are great and really helpfull. It even has a self clean option which is great specially after you wash a messy load. Would recommend to everyone!!

The washer and dryer stackable unit work just great. Stackable kit was easy to assemble. The only problem we had was our top of the washer was crushed in and bent out the back. ..must have been from stacking in the warehouse as the styrofoam wrap on the unit was not damaged.

This is my second samsung washer and I have ZERO regrets. The last one worked for 8 yrs straight until I had some electrical issues but thats another thing. Definitely this washer is the one!!!
