Samsung - 7.5 Cu. Ft. Stackable Gas Dryer with Steam and Sensor Dry - Champagne

So far so good. The jingle at the end is a bit long. I was expecting silence but it makes normal washer/dryer noises. Also, when stacked, it does shake a touch. Otherwise. We’re super happy with our purchase!

I just received these a few weeks ago and they are very easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised the color wasn't too "pink" considering it's a champagne color. Love my set!

Amazing fast dryer, and it has enough room to fit a big load. You control is, and set it to dry as you wish. I purchased the same style washer, and the stacking kit to save room in my house. It's been about 5 months since I purchased my washer and dryer and I love them! You do have to connect it to the gas line, but I did see that they have the electrical dryer too.

I ABSOLUTTELY LOVE THIS DRYER. IT HAS EVERY FEATURE A DRY CLEANER WOULD HAVE AND ITS STACKABLE ALSO.

Love love this dryer! The color is awesome. Although there are a lot of options to dry that may seem overwhelming at first, it is actually easy to use. Clothes dry much faster than with your regular run of the mill dryer.

I love having front load. Having the pedestal to raise up the machine makes it easy to access the clothes without having to bend down. The clothes dry quickly. I love the color (champagne!

Between whirlpool and Samsung, I chose Samsung because the product looked very stylish and so easy to use. The price was a good match as well. We didn’t need too many function keys, but steaming sounded awesome. 5 star for the product, HOWEVER, 1/2 star for Geek squad installation!!!! It took three attempts to have the washer and gas dryer installed bc each team that came required different things to be done, and they needed to leave soon!! No time to explain or help us fix what needed to be done! First it was drain pan being too close to the wall, second it was the drain pipe surrounding area not being sealed with silicon and the third, the gas line was not the correct size that was ordered and they don’t have a spare bc they ran out!!! Omg!! How are we supposed to know all that and the team kept postponing their work to the next appt!!!! It was so frustrating!!! And I had to sternly request the customer service manager on the phone to have the washer and dryer stacked up at least and NOT just leave it in the garage bc the team wanted to leave right then. The gas line Bestbuy sold us wasn’t even the right one, which we didn’t know. We had to run up to Lowes and get a different size, STILL Ended up calling the plumber to hook up our gas dryer bc Geek squad told us to make another appt and we just couldn’t wait any longer to wash our laundry. Highly dissatisfied with the installation team and how they work!!! They should assess the laundry area first and tell customers what to expect on the actual installation, instead of just coming in with the stuff and telling us it cannot be done today bc this and that didn’t get done and they said they don’t have time for this. What?!! Are the staff here to install or just to drop off?!! Very inefficient use of time and energy for both of us! It needs to be fixed!! This has been too stressful for us more than moving into a new house!! Installation service was terrible. Also, I am 5’3 and it is pretty tall when stacked on top of each other, so I have to use a stepper to turn the function key.

Not even 2 year old dryer and the drum has cracked near the door. It will cost the dryer to fix it. It’s making me rethink samsung appliances. The matching washer has the words come off the panel if your teenagers happen to drip laundry soap near the the dispenser. Laundry soap dissolves important settings on the panel near the soap dispenser-seriously?
