These panels look great and go on and come off quite easily. Once installed, they are very secure.

It took more than a month from the time of our initial Bespoke fridge delivery date to the time when the panels showed up to go on it. However, they easily snapped into place and the final product looked great viewed from the front. However, my wife did not like like the appearance of the protruding portion of the fridge from the encasement as viewed from the side as it was black. I was able to remedy this by acquiring some wide white magnetic tape (ordered online from Amazon) and cutting strips to fit the sides. The final product was more aesthetically pleasing for our white cabinetry kitchen. Surface is easy to clean.

My review is based on Best Buys terrible customer service, not the actual product. I ordered 2 of these and only one was delivered. Best Buy keeps rescheduling a new appointment and each time it never gets delivered. This product is useless with just one panel. Whenever I call I cannot get anyone to help me where I actually get the second panel. I have had 4 appointments on a weekly basis now and each time it never shows up. I cannot keep taking days off to trust Best Buy will actually follow through. Very annoying, I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again.

We bought this panel for our Bespoke 4 door flex fridge. It is a great add on. It does not come with suction cups, so you must go to Lowes or Home Depot to buy one.

The product is beautiful. Color is awesome and easy to attach to the refrigerator. The timeframe it took to get it was ridiculous!

The color is beautiful and the finish makes it so that you don’t see fingerprints. I’ve had this on my fridge for over a year and have no intentions of changing it any time soon. Photo does not show true in person color, definitely more rose gold in person
