1 month in. Very quiet. Easy to use, clothes come out super clean and almost dry. Its shaking more than the dryer but not moving out of place, I will be contacting to get it checked. (It was not before) Truly a Beauty. I definitely recommend

This machine does a great job cleaning but it leaks!! I called & had a repair person come and he told me even a hair can make it leak to take a cloth ea time I wash and wipe the bottom of the door and the rubber seal. It’s a pain to do that every wash and it clearly doesn’t work.

Excellent product. If you are a family like our, we needed something sturdy yet able to handle a lot of our delicate clothes. This system, particularly the AI option has been a very good benefit for my wife.

The best part for me is using the AI option and the system determines how much water and detergent to use. The machine does a better job than my other machine and I’m loving it. We also have a baby and we use delicate function for baby clothes and they come out clean and int over twisted.
