We had this dish washer installed last week. I didn’t think I would be excited over a dishwasher, but this is an amazing machine. You can barely hear it running, which is a major improvement from our old dishwasher. The dishes are much cleaner also. The 3rd rack is really nice for small bowls or large cooking utensils. The only thing I’m not fond of is how long the was cycle takes, almost 2 and a half hours. That’s fine for day to day use, but could be a pain after a party. Overall it is a great purchase.

This dishwasher is so quiet if it didn’t beep you wouldn’t know it’s running. Cleans well very happy I purchased. Highly recommend this unit.

Great dishwasher, Super quiet! When it's running, you can't hear it. Time on door shows you that it is on. I head read other reviews about dishes not getting dry, because of no heat dry cycle. This is not a problem because dishwasher has a fan at the end of the cycle that automatically goes on and door automatically pops open a few inches. Very versatile and adjustable racks an tines. Flip down option for larger pots or mixing bowls. 2nd rack will go up or down 2 inches to accommodate lower or upper rack. 3rd level good for utensils and other small items. The normal cycle seems a bit long at 2 hours, but the express cycle for 60 minutes gets the dishes clean, so that's what we have used on a regular basis. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.

This dishwasher was replacing an 8-year old Kenmore Elite that had several repairs in the previous year. We had two requirements: it must be quiet (open floor plan with a TV nearby) and handle-less (dishwasher is built into a corner with drawers next to it.) This dishwasher is 39 dB. The only sound we hear is the water swishing as it cleans--very, very quiet. I think 42 dB would have been quiet enough for our needs, and anything 44dB or less is considered "quiet." This dishwasher cleans well enough that I only have to use the 60 minute wash for everything. Such an improvement since we used to need a 2:50 wash to get anything clean before. Also, the door that opens automatically at the end of the cycle is wonderful! The dishes are completely dry if left for a couple hours or overnight. It works even better than a heated dry cycle. I love it. I wasn't sure I would like three racks, but even with the third top rack, there is enough room for plates and tall cups on the other two racks. The plates on the bottom rack in the image are Corelle dinner plates and our 10 3/4" Mikasa plates also fit. The cup on the top rack in the image is a 14-oz tumbler. My 20-oz Contigo travel mug also fits in the top rack. The shallow third rack is the only place that my snapware lids fit very well, and they do collect a little bit of water since they are flat, however this is a small price to pay when absolutely everything else dries completely. The third rack is also awesome for plastic chopsticks and other small items that used to fall through the racks in my other dishwasher. The only downside to this dishwasher is that we use a lot of bowls, and the bottom rack configuration is not good for very many cereal-sized bowls. It is designed for plates with an open area (no tines) for mixing bowls or pots. To compensate, we put most bowls on the top rack and move some mugs to the bottom rack area where there are no tines. Overall, this dishwasher is amazingly quiet, washes well and quickly, dries beautifully, and has hidden buttons to avoid accidentally canceling a cycle if I lean against it (which used to happen all the time with our other dishwasher.) The surface is easy to clean, doesn't seem to show fingerprints or smudges very much, and (bonus!) doesn't even have a raised brand logo on the front, making it even easier to wipe down and keep clean. I am delighted with this purchase, and hoping that it stays repair-free for many years!

We’ve had our Samsung dishwasher for about two weeks and ?it developed a leak out the front door at ?2:04 minutes during regular cycle.? Since we just purchased the unit, we decided to exchange it for a different brand. The unit is very quiet and we love the digital time display.

I purchased this dishwasher for its wi-fi capabilities and being able to connect to Smart Things on my Samsung TV and my Samsung Galaxy Fold. Its just like the reviews state....super quiet and the drying feature works awesome. If you use Jet dry or any type of drying agent as the instructions state your dishes will be dry EVERY TIME...! I can start my dishwasher with my phone and monitor it from my TV and phone. Used it for Thanksgiving,Christmas and now New Yearsfamily dinners and it clean all the pots ,pans and table setting dishes FLAWLESSLY. It shines the crystal and glasses so well that in my boredom I took all my glasses out of the cabinet and washed them to a crystal clear finish......BEST DISHWASHER EVER FOR UNDER $1800 $$$$

What an Amazing Dishwasher (if that is a thing). I will say the average cycles are long but it coincides with the energy efficiency. The quality of clean if very high, works great with Samung Smart Things , notifications are made when the cycle is complete, it also opens after the cycle is completed to air the dishes out. Highly recommended. Also Extremely Quiet Operation

This DW is super quiet. I left dried out barbeque sauce and tomato sauce on dishes and bowls and they came out clean. I love the color, too.

Just purchased this dishwasher a month ago and so far it has performed flawlessly. Super quiet which is a plus since my kitchen opens up to the living room. Also has a timer on the front in large lit numbers letting me know it is running or I wouldn’t know it otherwise. Dishes come out clean, but with any dishwasher it helps to run the kitchen faucet on hot prior to turning on. Drying cycle works great. Haven’t had any wet dishes like other brands I have purchased. Overall a great dishwasher. Bought it on sale which was an added plus. I am very happy with Samsung and purchased 3 other appliances. All running great.
