2 is not designed to mesh with the existing hood

Nice thought, but not designed to be used in conjunction with the hood extension which comes with the basic order. Needed 12 feet from this plus the two which came with the basic model to reach 14 foot ceiling height. The Extention kit was not designed with work with the standard vent cover, resulting in it having to be cut down by installer. Not happy with how this all worked.

Love that they offer this option because we have tall ceilings and we had to extend to the top and a standard size would not fit.

I purchased the hood and it came with one chimney and didn’t have a real use for this item. Therefore, I returned it because my ceiling was the perfect height.

Sucks that Samsung doesn’t make a smaller attachment and that u pay of a 1000 for hood range and another 600 for a chimney ext They don’t make it affordable and it scratches easy if not careful also doesn’t come w the clips or screws to connect smh
