Heavier than the last one. Stiff to operate. Really like the cleaning it does. Still impresses us with the suction.

My fiance and I love this vacuum! Super easy to put together and perfect for a household with lots of pet hair! We have a Lab and an Alaskan Malamute that sheds like crazy and this sucks it right up in one pass! Would definitely reccomend!

Did a ridiculous amount of research before deciding on the Shark. Vacuumed my loving room carpet woth my old Bissell then immediately vacuumed it again with the Shark. The amount of dirt my old vacuum left was insane. Easy conversion to handheld. Literally two buttons and youre good to go. This is the best vacuum ive ever used. The only downside is that there arent enough mounting locations for the attachments. It comes with three but only able to store two on the unit.

We have a Shark Navigator that is about 8 years old and my wife wanted a new Shark. We bought the Rotator LA702 recently so we can compare old and new Sharks. PROS: 1. The attachments mount on the base not the tube. This prevents them from getting knocked off while vacuuming. 2. The roller cleaner (if it works). We have not vacuumed enough to see it work yet. 3. There is no longer a tube connecting the body to the base. This should eliminate one area of clogging. CONS: 1. The new suction release is a binary selection either MIN or MAX. The old Shark had a rotary dial. 2. The tubes are narrower diameter. 3. There is no bottom hook for the cord wrap. 4. There are 3 attachments but only two places on the machine to mount them. 5. The new upholstery brush does not have bristles. 6. Less suction on the MAX setting than the old Shark. We have a dense pile area rug that required MIN suction on the old Shark to vacuum, but the new Shark vacuums it on MAX setting.

I really love my new vacuum. it is great at getting up all the dog hair. I have 3 dogs. The attachments are nice. I can vacuum my sofas and dust my fans. Love it. Did not like the manager on duty the day I bought it. I called to see if the another vacuum was in stock. I was told it was. When I got there, it was not. The next thing available was $100 more. The gentleman that was helping did ask the manager to see if a discount could be applied due to the one I wanted was not stock and made the trip to this store to get it. She, her name begins with an "A", said they have that problem with the call center telling people they have things in stock that they don't. And did not feel the need to give me a discount. I feel that is bad customer service. I buy from Best Buy frequently.

First time using the vacuum I accidentally ran over the cord and immediately turned it off, only to to realize the cord was all frayed. Paid $70 for geek squad protection but don’t want to use it literally a week after I purchased, it so gonna use electrical tape and wait 3 years to trade it in.

I love this one! I had the Shark navigator before and that sucker is heavy! This one you can carry up and down stairs really easily, great suction and easy to clean. The odor neutralizer smells so good, great addition to my cleaning supplies!

Great vacuum, Cleans great east to clean and light weight! Handles cat and dog hair well!!
