3 Load, clock doesn't work without Alexa

It heats up fine, makes a lot of noise. I set the clock, which requires connecting to Alexa for some reason. A brief power outage and the clock went back to 0:00 and now Alexa won't connect so I can't se the clock. Oh yeah is quite loud, almost like something is not tighten down inside.
