Stack Bracket Kit for Select GE 28" Front-Load Washers and Dryers - Black

Exactly what we needed to stack our washer and dryer. Pretty easy to figure out.

Simple to install and it did what it needed to do. I thought the instructions were sufficient and the parts seem well made. I did not encounter any problems and the biggest issue is just lifting the dryer onto the washer.

This product was easy to attach to the dryer to attach to the washer. In the pictures, you can see there is an attachment that goes in between the washer and dryer and then two brackets. The brackets can be installed several ways depending on your model of washer and dryer. The washer and dryer move around a bunch while they are on so I would not recommend not using these unless you would like your dryer to not be stacked anymore....

The stack bracket kit allowed us to install our washer and dryer in a tight space where the two wouldn't have normally fit. Worked as intended

These brackets were easy to install. So far my washer and dryer have been stacked for almost a year now and I have zero complaints.

I just replaced a whirlpool duet pair that was stacked. The whirlpool stacking kit was a joke, which only included 2 small brackets that screwed to the washer, and “hooked’ onto the dryer. This GE stacking kit includes 2 sets of brackets, so you can use it on a 32” or 34” depth washer. The best part was the 2 plastic pieces that replace the dryer feet, which helps slide the dryer onto the washer and creates a stable base and avoids scratching the top of the washer. There is also an instructional video online produced by GE that is really helpful.

well. it’s required to stack the units and it works. a bit overpriced but it’s the only way to stack them properly and safely.

We paid approximately $53 for this kit and it is worth it weight in gold. Using this kit has allowed us to save a lot of space is our smallish laundry room. The kit is also very stable the washer and dryer do not shake when running.
