Microwave Trim Kit does not fit; falls about 5 inches short of the right height in cabinet. Will be returning and building a cabinet shelf. Retrofitting and old house is not so easy.

Plastic, don't like the side vents and awful expensive for Plastic, but got to have it. Not much of a selection out there.

Looks like stainless steel but is plastic. I have to say it looks good and fit perfect. I was surprised at how it did fit. I bought this and 4 appliances. Have now bought 11 Whirlpool appliances in 14 years. If this was about the smooth top stove I would give it a 1 and say stay away. Scratched with aluminum pan.

This trim kit looks great and was a perfect fit to provide a built in look for our basement bar microwave. Installation was simple.

It is required if you want to install in a cabinet. But really expensive for what it actually is.

Very attractive trim kit to give the over the counter microwave oven a built in look. It was easy to install and it makes the whole oven look great. Although it's a bit expensive, I really like it.

The trim fits like a glove with the Microwave. Nicely matched stainless steel trim. Very neat looking.
