my only complaint is it is a bit more expensive than i'd like, but other than that it works as described. it provides clean tasting water. i live in nyc and we have higher mineral water, so the filter appears to clog up and slow down the water in my fridge faster than normal. i end up replacing them twice as fast. you kinda have no choice when your fridge uses a certain kind of filter, so its good best buy sells these things online.

1 Does Not Fit Miss Alignment

Even though this is the filter that shows for our Kenmore refrigerator and it looks almost identical to the one being replaced,. this DID NOT fit the Kenmore (Whirlpool) refrigerator and could not get it to lock in place like the old one. Looking at this filter I notice where the filter is suppose to spin and lock is not cast correctly and therefore not allowing it to fully seat and lock like the original. Save the headaches and go OEM.
