    Lazy delivery

Posted by Jason Hurley on Nov 21st 2024

I didn’t receive my item. I was scheduled for delivery and the person/people delivering the item didn’t bother tiring the doorbell or knock on the door. They called from their truck and I missed the call by exactly 2 minutes. I ran to the driveway hoping to catch them only to see them driving away. Since then I haven’t been able to reach anyone to reschedule the delivery. I’ve called the store several times only to be transferred around or put on permanent-hold IF I can get someone to pick up the phone in the first place!
