    Microwave look nice and work fine however, unless the door is properly aligned the microwave will not work. Spending so much money, the microwave door should be able to open upon completion of use. Shouldn’t have to push open once food is done.

    Unreliable Product

    This is the worst microwave I have ever owned. We have now had it replaced three times. Forest 2 times were for arching now this third time is due to the cook function not working. We purchased the initial microwave in January of 2022. If you can avoid purchasing this defective product please do so.

    Love the microwave.. packaging arrived torn and microwave dented. Assistance with buying at the store was excellent. Packaging and delivery were unsatisfactory

    Great product, but delivery was not up to par, and also did not fit in my kitchen as the handle sticks out too much. Will be returning.

    The product is fine, but unpredictable. By the extended warranty. Our first one started sparking due to a know issue where the wheels rubbed off the enamel coating of the metal walls. It also doesn’t vent at all, so rice and other foods leave a lot of condensation in the microwave.

    Display already went out and drawer opens slow

    The drawer opens and closes slower than anticipated but the microwave itself works good. The display went out after 1 month and I'm trying to see if the warranty will take care of that. Frustrating but I'm hopeful they will resolve to my satisfaction.
