    Almost perfect!

Posted by Victor Pham on Dec 4th 2024

Super convenient to roll it out of the closet and hook it up at the sink when I'm ready to run it. Dishes get really clean! I'm still learning how to use the rack configurations to maximize the capacity; once I do, 5 stars!

    Washes very well.

High quality heavy duty washing machine. The fit and finish on the metal sides is crude, but the front brushed stainless steal door looks great. The top is a nice usable hard plastic surface The inside is top notch and so is the job it does cleaning dishes. It is pretty quiet too. It is a heavy machine which attests to it's quality. Read the instructions on how to get it out of the box/crate because I bent the side panel a little. It went right back in place with no dent. Also they want you to put 2 quarts of water in bottom before starting it for the first time.

Washes very well, but has manufacturing defects

The good: The dishwashing performance is excellent, if lengthy (2 hours), and super-quiet. There are multiple rotating spray arms, lots of different types of tines to hold dishes or utensils in place, and a deep upper rack that can be raised if you want more space in the bottom main rack. The composite top is usable as counter space and the stainless front looks very classy. There are a range of useful wash cycles, and the hose clamp seals well to the included faucet spout adapter. The bad: There is no heating element drying mode, so dishes must air-dry. It's heavy, so difficult to attach the 4 casters on the bottom during unpacking. The ugly: Partway into the installation manual, you are suddenly told that if your sink faucet has a flexible sprayer (either part of the main faucet or separate), this washer is not recommended for use with it. My guess is this is because the sudden on/off cycles of the dishwasher water inlet can send pressure waves through the faucet hose that can burst it !?! I had to plumb in a separate hot water supply connection for the dishwasher as a result. My dishwasher arrived with a kink in the drain hose (see photo) which I fear weakens it. More importantly, the dual-hose assembly will only retract halfway back into the back of the machine before jamming! I can live with leaving the hose dangling in back while not in use, but this is supposedly a high-end dishwasher. I'm desperate enough for a dishwasher that I will keep it, but I had hoped for better.

    Ok overall

Posted by Tara Banks on Nov 14th 2024

Only have had for a week and half, but it's so nice to have a dishwasher! It was easy enough to hook up to the faucet and run, and the dishes come out clean. There's no heated drying feature, but if you leave the door open after the cycle ends, it tends to dry most of the dishes through residual heat. The hoses are a little difficult to put away, but not too bad. A few downsides, the first dishwasher we picked up was damaged to the point where the door wouldn't close or latch. We had to wait several weeks for a new one to arrive, but the exchange was easy as they delivered the new washer and took the damaged one away. Second, the new dishwasher still had a flaw/defect. On the underside of the door, there's a rubber mat like substance that's glued to the underside. When we got it, the rubber had come partially unglued and was impeding the door from opening all the way. We had to buy a superglue/adhesive and glue it back into place but it seems ok.

    Good little dishwasher

Extending the hose was difficult when first used. There was a kink (bend) in the return water hose as I pulled it out to attach to the faucet. When I put the hose back in, it was difficult to do and the kink returned. My concern is how many times will the hard rubber bend in the same place before it cracks and leaks. The space between dishes on the lower rack also seems narrow compared to other compact dishwashers I've had. Several of the tines have bent inside the rack because of the curvature of the plates.

Closing door hides LEDs & controls

Posted by Darryl Garrison on Nov 13th 2024

I have had this about a month. It does excellent job washing dishes. But when door closes, LEDs & controls are hidden. LEDs & controls are on upper edge of door. When door closes that edge goes under top of dishwasher & is hidden from view. How dumb is that? Unit takes exceptionally long time to dry dishes & is extremely quiet. Since completion LED & countdown timer are hidden, I have opened door before dishes dried. Despite using rinse aid, this caused water spots on glasses. Maybe this was a lame attempt to childproof? It is about the dumbest design I have ever seen, especially from big name mfg (GE).

Wash is great I've had no problems with this dishwasher but the hoses are hard to push in and take out

    Small and mighty

Does the job and is very compact. It is a little smaller than I thought. This is great for a single person.

    Extremely quiet and cleans well

Posted by Sherry Hays on Nov 4th 2024

The dishwasher is extremely quiet, so quiet I question whether it is running or not. I'm not real excited about the controls being on the top of the door. Since it is so quiet I have to squat down and look threw the crack at the top of the door to ensure it is running by looking at the remaining time display. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It does a great job cleaning the dishes using very little water. But I think it could be improved by having the controls visible with the door closed. It is also a little hard pulling the hoses in and out. The silverware basket is also too shallow and won't hold silverware upright if you don't use the cover.. I purchased a universal replacement basket that I am much happier with.
