I would have given this 5 stars except that the exterior is VERY cheaply made. Any cheaper and it would made out of a soda can. Secondly, it came with two scratches on it. Pros: It is quiet, it seems to do a good job, has a touch screen, has a defrost button, and you can add 30 seconds to your time with one button push. Additional Cons: It is stainless steel not black, does not have regular defrost, and tries to connect to your Wi-Fi which is extremely annoying. It should have a way to turn it off if you are not going to connect it to Alexa. Our old Sharp made in 1993 was excellent. It just died. Had no complaints would have given it six stars. That old Microwave is the reason we bought a sharp this time.

Very nice appearance. Does a good job. Easy to use. The only thing I can criticize would be that it is a little noisy. i would definitely recommend this Sharp product.

Such a great product. My last micro was still working but I decided to replace it. I am glad I did technology has improved and this product does such a great job.
