Viking - Professional 5 Series Quiet Cool 29.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Built-In Refrigerator - Reduction Red

I have has so many problems with this refrigerator/ freezer. It was delivered with a broken fan. Most of the LED lights had to be replaced in the first 6 months. The fronts of the freeze drawers pop off because the plastic is distorted. All 3 of the drawer pairs in the fridge side have come off the track and fallen apart. Some were replaced by Viking in warranty. That ones they wouldn't replace, I just took out and use plastic bins. Initially the appliance repair shop covering the warrantee was very helpful, but they stopped returning mt phone calls. The seal on the bottom of the door is broken. Three of the shelves on the door have cracked. I have them taped with duct tape because I don't want to pay $900 to get new ones. I was able to get one replaced, but they won't replace the rest. So ridiculous! DO NOT BUY THIS!!

This enormous refrigerator works great, its quiet and it looks great. It was the finishing piece for our kitchen remodel and it brought the whole design together.

Great refrigerator, fit right into my kitchen because I bought my first Viking 29.1 cu. ft. frig 20 years ago before it crap. Replace it with another Viking Refrigerator.

Purchased a brand new Fridge and I'm not happy with it. first fridge the freezer fan was broken, I returned and waited 4 months for the replacement. they delivered the 2nd fridge a couple of days ago and Fridge is not cooling and it keeps beeping at 42 deg high temp. I'm going to wait another day and hopefully the temp correct itself.

We purchased Viking fridge on 8/22 with delivery on 9/2. Guys came in installed no problems. Delivery guy said it would slowly start to cool & reach proper temp by morning. It never did! Called Geek Squad first thing and we've been waiting for replacement which won't be till 10/7 !!! High end fridge like Viking and it doesn't work from the get go, is unacceptable. Big disappointment, we should have gone with another brand.

Great addition to a newly remodeled kitchen. Very spacious and all of the shelf space for organization is excellent. Definitely looking forward to using this for many years to come.

Literally a beautiful piece of stainless steel equipment. Interior design is also visually pleasing. Adjustable shelves and separate storage units provide maximum flexibility to accommodate any food storage needs. Installation was quick.

Viking dishwasher delivered on time and installation was easy and quick. Would definitely purchase Viking products in the future. I have always had Viking appliances and they are one of the best around.

I am not satisfied with this product. They came out to measure to make sure it would fit in required space. Twice installers have come and it is not properly installed. I am still trying to settle this issue. Not a happy customer. First time the drill needed to be recharged. Second time the installer didn’t have the correct too to reinstall. The refrigerator has scratches around the handles and around the Viking insignia. The built in cabinet doors are not closing properly because of how ut was installed. I have been back and forth and will soon contact a lawyer to handle this. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this from Best Buy.
